For the third time. The employee did not include all sides ordered. I ask the young lady (K...) to please check my order before I leave the walk up window. She looked at me as if to say ‘why are you asking me that?’. After I drove home to eat my meal, corn was not included in our order. I called the business and K stated I didn’t charge you for it. Bought a 2+2 Combo. Someone in the background was asking about the issue. Then K told them she had not included my corn in the order. She stated I could return to pick up the corn. I went back to pick up the corn before she got off at 4pm. Get tire of having to make multiple trips back across town. We’ve spoken to the owner before regarding the substandard service at the Alexandria, Louisiana location.

Extremely fast service and always freshly cooked food! Never recooked like other places and always HOT! This is the place to go when you want your food fast and fresh

Chicken was hot mashed potatoes was on point but the red beans an rice i should have took back. Rice was really hard couldn't really eat the red beans and rice. I like southern classic over popeyes chicken i have never had that problem but i will still go. I will check my beans before i leave next time

I loved the store in Natchitoches so I was thrilled when they opened a drive-thru in Alexandria. It's fast, the window people are super friendly and the food is inexpensive and tastes great every time. Yum!

Yes I love it, its always fresh, tender not hard bread fresh it melt in your mouth chicken fried all the way through I have never found any rare, it so good you can eat it cold or hot.

I did not enjoy Southern Classic Chicken they were short staff bartender was not curtouis an the food was cool after wateing an 1hr almost closing time I had to ask the bartender ware is my food he said o here it is it had been sitting their for god knows how long .

This place was great. The Drive-thru was ridiculously fast considering the quality of the chicken. The Chicken, and fries were seasoned perfectly. The coleslaw was very good and the biscuits were good. All in all I give it 👍👍.

Food was fantastic order was wrong the on line menu doesn't match the board order 2 #6 which was to be a 12 peice with 2 sides on the board it a 10 peice a1 side order 1 large potato and gravy with 1 and cool slaw a extra potato and gravy 3 peice chicken tender with potatoes and gravy and a large order of French fry and two large cajun rice did not get large fry and got a small fry and not potato and gravy and could not order over the phone it had to be 30 peice

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a ten piece and they gave more drumsticks than thighs, and the drumsticks were extremely small. I received 6 drumsticks and 4 thighs. Please check your food before leaving.Btw they don’t wear gloves here.
